Dr. Cheryl Hardy has a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Christian Counseling. She is also Board Certified in several specialties such as Integrated Marriage & Family Therapy, Child & Adolescent Therapy, Child & Adolescent, Death & Grief Therapy, Crisis & Abuse Therapy, Domestic Violence & Intervention, Cognitive Therapy & Ethics, and Sexual Therapy. All under the NCCA (National Christian Counselor Association). Cheryl has her Supervisor Family Worker Certificate from Rutgers University and she is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist.
Dr. Hardy graduated from Cornerstone University with a Ph.D. in Clinical Christian Counseling, Magna Cum Laude, Dr. Hardy also has her second doctorate in Contextual Ministry Faith-Based Education and graduated with honors from Northwind Theological Seminary. She holds a Master of Art in Clinical Christian Counseling and a Bachelor in Christian Counseling from Calvary Theological Seminary. She is an Ordained Minister of Pastoral Counseling with the Experience Ministries. Dr. Hardy is a Certified Licensed Chaplin with a private practice and is a member of an online therapy group www.mytrucircle.com. Cheryl was a consultant for a Blog Talk Radio Show & local cable channel. She is a Certified Professional Life Coach and Trainer. Dr. Hardy is an Adjunct Professor and teaches in the Counseling and Psychology Department at Pillar College.
Dr. Hardy has taught at Maranatha Bible Institute, Grief Groups, Teen Groups, Parenting, and Gifts & Talent classes. Cheryl is a member of The National Christian Counselor Association (Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor-Advanced Certification) National Conservative Christian Church (Licensed Minister of Pastoral Counseling), and the Grief Recovery Method Dr. Hardy is the recipient for the Excellence Teachers of the Year Award in 2018 at Pillar College.
